Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun

It's time to walk around Wangsa food court.

Now, here comes the " Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun". If you're Chinese, I'm sure I don't have to explain to you what is this (if you really need, you have to give me a call @@~).

The Tauke-So is kind enough to show me how she does it, many thanks to her!

The view of the food court.

Give me a call (LOL) if you don't understand what is the board trying to tell.

Dim Sum and Pao.

Got Pao.
Dim Sum.
Here comes the show:

1st step: Pour the floor on that "cloth"??
2nd step: Put inside the "hot air-cond"(sorry, she didn't tell me the name.)
Step 3: After few minutes, put some prawn, char shiew(non-halal), and chicken fross.
And she's the kung-fu master of the HKCCF.
Prototype.
Prototype 2.

Step 4: I don't know how to write it out.

Step 5: Make three rolls.
And "分尸".
Step 7: Your dinner is ready to serve.
You may add chilies or...
That's all for the HKCCF. If you're interested or wanna try, give me a cal, 017-4608806, before 6pm everyday.
